Obituary of Joy Louise Whetzel
Joy Louise Whetzel of Mt. Pleasant passed away September 4, 2019. Born December 16, 1959 daughter
of the late Roy R. Samuel and June Dorothy Ahlborn Whetzel. In addition to her parents she is survived
by Ruth Long(Owen), Sally Kline, Naomi Riggs(Clifford) and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to
her parents she is preceded in death by sister Grace Whetzel. Family and Friends will be received
Saturday 2-8pm in the Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt. Her funeral service will be at 1pm Sunday in
St. Johns Union Church, 170 Hecla Road Mt. Pleasant PA, 15666 with Rev. Robert K. Kruel officiating.

She will be laid to rest in St Johns Union Cemetery.
