David Joel Witt Jr. 37, of Greensburg, passed away suddenly Wednesday, Jan 20, 2021. Born Jan. 7, 1984, the son of David Sr. and Cynthia Witt, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Margaret and F. Joel Witt; and maternal grandparents, John and Nancy Williams. Dave enjoyed spending time with his children, nieces and nephews. He was always joking, laughing and smiling. One thing we will always remember is how he was determined to make us believe the world was flat. He is survived by his parents; two sons, Donovan (Melody Martinez) and Roman Witt (Bree Baker); a sister, Tana (Marquis) Witt; two uncles, John (Brenda) Williams and Danny (Nichole) Williams; aunt, Mary (George) Linsacum; and many nieces and nephews. Dave is also survived by his girlfriend, Chanei Cunningham and her son, Lewis. He will be dearly missed by his "mini-bestie" Chalupi. Dave is in the care of JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, 2245 Mt. Pleasant Road, Norvelt, PA 15674. Honoring Dave's wishes there will be no viewing or visitation.
