Obituary of Stephen Dale Stefl

Stephen Dale Stefl was born July 22, 1956 and died March 4, 2021. He is the son of Robert Charles and Carolyn Patula Stefl. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Joe (Betty) and Frank, and by his sister Lorraine Sherman (Vaughn). Survived by beloved sons Travis (Jamie) of Colorado and Michael (Brita) of South Dakota. His sisters Tootie Wilkins (Jim - Deceased), Ruth Prah (Lonnie - Deceased), Audrey Gales (Wes), Phyllis Armstrong (Rick - Deceased), Beverly Steele. His brothers Bob (Jackie), Warren (Helen), Tom (Lincoln). Best friends were his brothers Bob and Tom who were always there for him and gave him limitless support and love. Served as all-time handyman to anyone who needed his help. He loved to go fishing but as his brother Bob put it, "He would go to soak a worm." Lover of the outdoors, hiking, camping, and dancing. He'll be sadly missed by family members and friends all too numerous to list. Our hearts ache at his loss. Jay A Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt is care of arrangements.
