Donald Sluka, 74 of Mt. Pleasant passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Born May 31, 1947 in New Kensington,Pa, he was the son of the late Steven Sluka and Antoniette (Masnica) Kozma. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a brother Mark Kozma and step father Steven "Chippy" Kozma. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Carlene (Woods) Sluka. He is also survived by 3 sons, Steve (Michelle) Sluka, of Michigan, Joe Sluka of Kentucky, Jason (Janet) Sluka of Mt Pleasant; brother Anthony Sluka; two sisters, Monette Manns, her husband, Tom Sowder, Karen (Keith) Bier; five Grandchilden, Jessica, Josh, Christian, Julian, Jonah; four great grandchildren, Riley, Evan, Jameson, Hayden and various nieces and nephews. Prior to his retirement, Donald was a self employed Photographer. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. Donald is in care of Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt. Following Donalds wishes there will be no viewing or Funeral services .The family has requested, no flowers or memorial contributions .
