Frank B. Reese, 87, of Greensburg, passed away Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021. Born Dec. 27, 1933, in Indian Head, he was the son of the late George and Catherine (Basinger) Reese. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Melvina (Ritenour) Reese; son, Douglas Reese; brothers, Earl Reese, Tom Reese and Paul Reese; and son-in-law, Timothy Hoffer. Frank is survived by his son, Christopher Reese; daughters, Lavina Hoffer and fiance, Scott Leichliter, Fran (Don) Keefer and Robin (Joe) Cole; a brother, Clayton Reese; sisters, Rosie Striner and Mary (Les) Etling; grandchildren, Jake , Elizabeth, Samantha, Clara, Levi, Audrey, Trisha, Nicole, Kayla and Chad; and numerous great-grandchildren , nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, Norvelt. Frank's funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Scott Leichliter officiating. Interment to follow in Mt Nebo Cemetery, Champion.
