Obituary of Brian E Berlin

Brian Eugene Berlin, 61, of Acme, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born November 24, 1960, in Clarion, to the late Paul Eugene Berlin and Martha Rachel (Klinger) Berlin. Brian was a Journeyman Machinist for Electro Glass of Norvelt and a member of Kecksburg Vol. Fire Department, Station No. 76; and Hecla Sportman Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed riding his Harley, golfing and spending time with his family and grandkids. Brian is survived by his wife of 42 years Teresa Ann (Kline) Berlin; two children, Kayla Janos (James) of Mt. Pleasant, and Dustin Berlin (Melissa) of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren, Delanie Janos, Luka Janos, Jaxson Berlin, Tyson Berlin; three siblings, Paul Berlin (Joan), Lee Berlin (Peggy) and Carol Meier; and his beloved two dogs Opie and Ruger whom he called “His boys”. Memorial visitation for family and friends will take place from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., Sunday, August 7, 2022, at the Jay A.Hoffer Funeral Home, 2245 Mt. Pleasant Road, Norvelt, PA 15674, where a memorial service will be held Monday, August 8, 2022 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Bob Ellson officiating. The Kecksburg Vol. Fire Department will conduct a service in the funeral home Sunday evening at 7:00 PM.
