Theresa Ann (Burke) Steele, 64, of New Stanton, passed away Saturday, August 13,2022, Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. She was born April 29, 1958, in Latrobe, to Patricia (Ferry) Burke and the late Stoney Burke. Theresa was a manager for Sunoco. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Melvin Steele Jr.; two daughters, Angela Yost (Bill) and Deanna Egyed (Bradley); Nanny to five grandchildren, Rheanna Steele, Alex Robinson, Jace Steele, Khloe Yost, and Tucker Yost;and a sister Nancy Burke-King.Family and friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2022,in the Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt, where Theresa's funeral service will take place Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend David L. Greer officiating.Inturment will follow in Unity Cemetery, Latrobe,PA. In lieu of flowers contributions in Theresa's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association by way of the following link:
