Obituary of Bonnie L Daniels

Bonnie L.(Hood) Daniels, 71, of Mt. Pleasant Twp. (Hecla) left this earth on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Born July 19, 1951, she was the daughter of Garnet McClintock and the late George Hood. Prior to retirement, Bonnie was an office administrator. She became an active member of Hecla V.F.D. in 1993, was an avid reader and loved spending time camping at Lake Erie.In addition to her father, Bonnie was preceded in death by her soul mate and beloved husband of 44 years, Clifford E. Daniels, Sr., brother Randy Hood, brothers-in-law Bobby Daniels and Donald Daniels, and sister-in-law Betty (Ron) Frye, nephew Cody Fullman and niece Bobbi Jo Vickers. In addition to her mother, Bonnie leaves behind her son Clifford (Amber) Daniels, Jr., her beloved grandchildren Samantha and Jacob Daniels, sisters Donna (Jim) Fullman and Tammy (Don) Fordyce, sister-in-law Nancy Dodd, numerous nieces and nephews, and of course, her constant companion, Ziggy. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the Hillman Cancer Center at Arnold Palmer Pavilion, Dr. Matthew Sulecki and staff in particular, for their excellent care and compassion over the past few years. Per Bonnie’s wishes, there will be no public viewing. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by the Jay. A. Hoffer Funeral Home (Norvelt). In lieu of flowers,contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, to the Excela Health Foundations grant program, or directly to the family.
