Ellis Pehrson, 76, of Jeannette, passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born Aug. 2, 1946, in Jeannette, to the late George and Harriet (Mains) Pehrson. Prior to retirment he was a self employed carpenter. Ellis was very proud to have played in the Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association (PSFCA) 1965 Big 33. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjory K (Kessler) Pehrson (Suzy) in Dec. 2021; a brother, Dennis Pehrson and a sister, Jacgueline Graham. He is survived by two children, Curtis (Jackie) Pehrson and Kim (Clyde) Williams; five grandchildren, Leigha, Lindsay, Jared, Brooke and Samantha; one great grandchild Luca; and Shanna his beloved dog.
