Ron Trout, 81, of Hecla, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023. He was born July 17, 1941, in South Greensburg to the late Wayne and Mary (Canut) Trout. Prior to retirment he owned and operated Trout’s Truck Repair in New Stanton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Trout. He is survived by five children; fifteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one brother, Larry (Joanne) Trout, a sister, Debbie (Rick) Waiter; and one sister-in-law, Mary Lou Trout. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023, in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, 2245 Mt. Pleasant Road, Norvelt.
