Edward Michael Poklembo, 60, of Stahlstown, passed away Saturday, Mar. 4, 2023, Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born Jun. 11, 1962, in Ligonier, to Mary Marie (Gasper) Poklembo and the late Edward J."Jack" Poklembo. He was a former landscaper having worked for Kings Nursery. Edward was a member of St. Florian Church, the National Rifle Association, and was an avid outdoorsman. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Constance Louise (Duritsky) Poklembo in 2013. In addition to his mother, Edward is survived by a son, Michael (Brittany) Poklembo and his children, Saige, Kaypri, and Dominyck Poklembo; a daughter, Jennifer (Jeremy) Poklembo and her children, Katy and Grant Cesario; as well as his brother, Frank (Kim) Poklembo; two sisters, Lisa Coleman and Anita (Thomas) Schultz; as well as several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Mar. 8, 2023, in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, 2245 Mt. Pleasant Road, Norvelt. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Mar. 9, 2023, at the funeral home, with Fr. John A. Sedlak officiating.
