Obituary of Dale Allen Daniels

Dale Allen Daniels, 57, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023, at his home. He was born Dec. 19, 1965, in Mt. Pleasant, PA. A son of Carol (Miller) Daniels Basinger and the late Clyde L. Daniels, Jr. Dale graduated from Connellsville High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Dale is survived by his son, Zane Marshal Keefer/Daniels and his wife Sara, and granddaughter, Myla. His loving mother, Carol (Miller) Daniels Basinger; his brother, Clyde L. Daniels III; and his sister, Pam McClain and her husband Mark McClain; his niece, Brittany and husband and 2 great nieces. Two nephews, Devin Daniels, and Dylan McClain; many aunts and uncles, and cousins. In addition to his father, Dale was preceded in death by his daughter, Meghan Dawn Daniels; his maternal grandparents, Earl and Evelyn Miller; his paternal grandparents, Clyde and Catherine Daniels; his aunts and uncles Peg and Skip Butler, Donald and Ina Daniels, Mary Jane and Albert Thieler, and Kenneth Daniels, Marshall and Delores Prinkey, Thomas Gowton, Jack Wolfe, and a special uncle, Bill Miller; cousins, Tommy Gowton, and Randy Gowton. Dale will be sadly missed by his family. Family and friends will be received from 2-4 p.m and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023, in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, 2245 Mt.
