Thomas I. Mizikar, 71, of Mammoth went to be with Jesus, Tuesday June 9 2015. Born August 28 1943 in Mammoth, he was the son of the late John and Mary Seni Mizikar. Tom was a member of St. Florian Church in United, American Legion post 981, Kecksburg Fireman's club, and a life member of Slovak American Home Association of United. He was also a life member of the United Amvets Post 94 where he was a past officer and a member of the Amvets Honor Guard. Tom was a veteran of the Air Force, having served in the Vietnam Era. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother John, and sisters Juliann and Joann. He is survived by his wife Paula, of 49 ½ years, son Thomas "Jamie" of Kecksburg, daughter Lori, New Stanton. He is also survived by brothers Frank (Jo Ann), Belle Vernon, Joe (Liz), Mammoth, Ed (Barb), Mammoth, Richard (Margi), Lycippus, Danny (Pam), Mammoth; and the following sisters Eleanor, West Point, Gerry, United, Louise (Bob), Mammoth and Patty (Larry), Nova Scotia. Also his grandson, his "little buddy" Cody and nieces and nephews. His funeral mass will be 10 A.M Friday in St. Florian Church, 4263 Rt. 981 Mt. Pleasant, PA 15666 (United).
